Training for organisations

External data protection officer services
A data protection officer can be appointed for your organisation. The officer communicates with the State Data Protection Inspectorate (VDAI) and with the contact person appointed in your organisation.
Data protection impact assessment
A data protection impact assessment (DPIA) is a new procedure introduced by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Its purpose is to ensure compliance with the accountability principle and with the other requirements of the GDPR.
Video surveillance documentation
On 29 January 2020 the European Data Protection Board adopted guidelines on the processing of personal data through video devices. These guidelines set a new obligation for companies to document in detail every video surveillance camera they have installed.
